MOVO Account Activation Flow

Understand the 60-day rule, Active User validity, and Referral Partner requirements.

Part 1: User Account

Create your MOVO account with an email address.

If there is no purchase or active behavior within 60 days after registration, the account may be removed or frozen.

Complete at least RM200 in your first purchase within 60 days to become an Active User.

Active User status is valid for 1 year.

Activate the referral system after becoming an Active User and maintain your partner status.

The referral system can be activated only after completing the first RM200 purchase.

After the referral system is activated, you can become a Referral Partner and earn referral income.

Complete at least 1 valid transaction during the validity period to stay active and continue earning referral income.
